一、中心明确。
行文之初，应明确文章的中心。或抒发对祖国壮丽河山的热爱，或赞叹大自然的奇伟瑰丽，或由山间流水感叹光阴易逝，或由潮起潮落透悟人生起伏。有了中心，写景就有了主心骨。以至在写作过程中每移一步，每换一景都不会迷失写作的方向。
中心确定以后，就要对观察到的景物进行精心剪裁，进而对能表现或衬托中心的进行细心勾勒，与中心无关的，则可略去不写。
